Graeme is on a mission to convert the world - Ayrshire first! - to Reblochon. We are delighted to stock a regularly changing list of local artisan cheeses such as Criffel and Aiket - but also have several overseas 'guests'. The soft nutty taste and pungent aroma of Reblochon from Savoie are somewhat addictive, so we'll let Graeme enjoy his guilty pleasure!
Mrs B's Chilli Jam
Mrs B - or 'Michelle' to most of our customers produces her famous chilli jam just 2 miles down the road in Waterside. Keen consumers have encouraged her to make the jam in 3 strengths of 'Chilli-Ness'. Original Chilli, Chilli-Chilli, and Seriously Chilli. This multi use condiment is fab with creamy cheeses but also works well as a glaze for grilled meat or add it to casseroles for an aromatic 'bite'.
Agatha's Eggs
Our eggs from Langdyke Farm in nearby Waterside include 4 different breeds of hen plus ducks. Customers select their own half dozen to mix, for example, the bigger best-for-omlette eggs with the smaller-but-almost-all-yolked eggs which are great for baking.

Maria Pandero, the charming owner of Spanish Food Specialist 'El Olivio' waxes lyrical about 'El Lagar Del Soto' - this medal winning olive oil. She was one of the producers' first customers - only 2 years ago - and has been delighted with the success of the intense, fresh & flavourful oil.
Your Piece
In Cupar in darkest Fife Dan Connolly put his money where his mouth is and started 'Your Piece' He wanted to produce Oatcakes, Shortbread and Porridge Oats which tasted like his gran used to make. The oatcakes are rough, chunky and delicious - with lots of that low GI stuff so that you can be virtuously healthy while you munch.
